Great customer service!! The cover did not fit right, so I contacted them. They responded right away and asked me to send pictures. I did and they told me they saw that I had a glass screen protector and that was why it would not fit. They recommended I switch to a soft protector. Sure enough, I took off the glass screen protector and the case was a perfect fit.
