MEASURE YOUR PET FOR A COLLAR
I often receive questions as to which size is right
for a particular breed. Whilst I will happily offer advice and information, the
ultimate decision has to rest with you the customer for a number of reasons.
The accurate sizing can only be made if the actual
pet is measured.
The main reason for this is because pets of the same
breed may differ and have different sizes based on length, height, weight and
so forth. The same dog apparel will fit dogs of different breeds and same
weight differently. Pets also differ according to breed. Also manufactures
sizes vary for example: a certain breed may fit a small for one manufacturer,
but may be a medium for another.

measurement of your dog's neck. For safety reasons, so it doesn't snag on
something, it shouldn’t be too loose either. A snug fit is what you are aiming
Collar sizes are the overall size of the collar. Please measure the dog’s

otherwise the dog will invariably slip its collar and also; all leather will
'give' a little over time.
