WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICIES

Hemi Performance is Australia's largest Chrysler parts specialist and we are committed to excellence in all areas. Customer satisfaction is an important part of our commitment.
This is also reflected in our warranty and returns policy, which means you can shop with us with confidence knowing that we can offer you repairs, exchanges, credits and even refunds (with any applicable return fees.)

Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind, you can return any new or unused item within 30 days of the date your item was shipped and we may offer you an exchange or credit note provided that the item is in as new condition.
We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items.
If your product has been used, see warranty return instructions below. If your item included any "special offer free parts", these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your credit note.
Warranty
If you are returning any parts for warranty consideration, please send us an e-mail or contact us by phone before shipping parts back. Our staff can help to determine if a warranty claim is valid and where the part needs to be sent.
Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Hemi Performance may provide you with an exchange, repair or refund using your original payment method, if the items are found to be faulty, not doing what they're supposed to do, or are significantly different to those shown or described to you.

ALL WARRANTY IS “BACK TO BASE” – Items must be returned to Hemi Performance before any exchange or refund will be issued.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage to Hemi Performance, whilst in transit good are at the owner’s risk, postage and insurance on replacement or repaired parts will be the responsibility of Hemi Performance.
Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only (this will be determined by the manufacturer NOT Hemi Performance.) Parts used for racing or competition are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.
If your item included any "special offer free parts", these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your credit note.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any claim.
We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts.
Missing Items

Any claim after 14 days WILL NOT be honoured. *

Sometimes your goods will be delivered on different dates, so first of all, check your emails from us to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If there is a 0 in the quantity column on your invoice this means that unfortunately we did not have the stock of the item to send to you and it has been placed on “Back Order”.
You will not be charged any additional postage costs for back order items. If the invoice or fulfilment summary says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't, please send us an e-mail or contact us by phone to let us know which item(s) you believe are missing.
Breakages & Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged or incorrect, please send us an e-mail or contact us by phone, our customer support staff will assist with either a partial compensation, replacement or a refund (on a case by case basis).
Liability Statement
Hemi Performance's liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the part(s).

Hemi Performance shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

Costs NOT covered are, but not limited to;
Part installation, Part Removal, Labour, Return Postage, Loss of time or productivity or any other cost involved (e.g. Coolants/Oils/Gaskets Etc.)

Hemi Performance policies and warranty does not imply, intend to or detract any consumer rights listed in and able to be enforced from Australia Consumer law, in the event of conflict the single condition shall be void and all other conditions remain in place.
